Some thoughts about recovery. * Take what you like and leave the rest.
~We're learning to take care of ourselves, instead of obsessivelyfocusing on another person. We're learning self-responsibility,instead of feeling excessively responsible for others. Self-care alsomeans tending to our true responsibilities to others.Self-care sometimes means, "me first," but usually, "me too." Itmeans we are responsible for ourselves and can choose to no longerbe victims.Self-care means learning to love the person we're responsible fortaking care of ourselves. We do not do this to hibernate in a cocoonof isolation and self-indulgence; we do it so we can better loveothers, and learn to let them love us.Web Stores:eCrater - http://wrhmcp.ecrater.com/Webidz - http://www.webidz.com/stores/WRHPolice ARDC – http://www.wrhmcp.comAtomic Mall - http://www.atomicmall.com/wrhmcp
