Some thoughts about recovery. * Take what you like and leave the rest.
~We begin by making a list of everyone we have harmed on ourjourney, as we have struggled to survive. We have probably donemore damage to ourselves than to anyone else, so we put ourselvesfirst on the list.Often, our tendency is to feel guilty about everything we've done, everyone we've come in contact with. That is unearned guilt.Once we have made the list, we strive to become willing to makeamends to everyone on it because that is how we will heal. Makingamends does not mean feeling guilty and ashamed and punishingourselves; it means swallowing our pride and defenses, and doingwhat we can to take care of ourselves. We become ready to improveour self-esteem by taking responsibility for our behaviors. Webecome willing to have our relationships with ourselves, others, and our Higher Power restored.Web Stores:eCrater - http://wrhmcp.ecrater.com/Webidz - http://www.webidz.com/stores/WRHPolice Registry - http://www.wrhmcp.comAtomic Mall - http://www.atomicmall.com/wrhmcpAmazon - http://www.amazon.com/shops/wrhmcp
