Some thoughts about recovery. * Take what you like and leave the rest.
~Sometimes, it is hard to stand in our own truth and trust what weknow, especially when others would try to convince us otherwise. In these cases, others may be dealing with issues of guilt andshame. They may have their own agenda. They may be immersedin denial. They would like us to believe that we do not know whatwe know, they would prefer to engage us in their nonsense. When we stop trusting our truth, when we tell ourselves theremust be something wrong with us, we deal a deadly blow to our selfand our health. When we discount that important part of ourselves that knowswhat is the truth, we cut ourselves off from our center. We feelcrazy. We get into shame, fear, and confusion. We can't get ourbearings. This does not mean that we are never wrong. But we are notalways wrong.Be open. Stand in our truth. Trust what you know. And refuse tobuy into denial, nonsense, bullying, or coercion that would like totake you off course.Web Stores:eCrater - http://wrhmcp.ecrater.com/Webidz - http://www.webidz.com/stores/WRHPolice Registry - http://www.wrhmcp.com/Atomic Mall - http://www.atomicmall.com/wrhmcpAmazon - http://www.amazon.com/shops/wrhmcp
