Some thoughts about recovery. * Take what you like and leave the rest.
Don't be afraid to recognize a want or need. Both the thought of awant or need, and the temporary frustration from acknowledginga want or need before it's met, is the start of the cycle of receivingthem. We follow this by letting go, then receiving that which wewant and need. Identifying our wants and needs is preparation forgood things to come.
Acknowledging our needs and wants means we are being preparedand drawn to that which will meet them. Have faith to stand in thatplace in between.
